This class is for members only. The class is designed to move through the workout at a faster pace, with less breaks and longer drills than regular boxing class. It is advised you know form for punches 1-6, and slips and rolls for the advanced class.
Come learn the basics of boxing and check out the gym! This private Introductory Boxing session is for 1 or 2 people, and will go over the boxing techniques you will need to start working out at CU Women's Boxing.
This class will be on Fridays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM (January 10 - January 31). The class is $60 to register, and will include a pair of hand wraps at your first class. We have boxing gloves for you to use, so no need to buy any equipment. Coach Martha Mills will lead participants through basic punches, defense moves, and techniques. These will be dynamic, modifiable workouts, in a respectful, affirming space.
