This is a boxing session for members only - you must be a current member to attend. To sign up for an Intro, please click the Intro option if available.
Supervised workout time - this is a great time to do the benchmark workout, practice things like the double end bag, the speed bag, the slip ball, defense, combos, etc. Come for all 2 hours or just some of the time. Open Gym does not count as a monthly session. Open Gym is NOT an Intro.
This class is for members only. The class is designed to move through the workout at a faster pace, with less breaks and longer drills than regular boxing class. It is advised you know form for punches 1-6, and slips and rolls for the advanced class.
Come learn the basics of boxing and check out the gym! This private Introductory Boxing session is for 1 or 2 people, and will go over the boxing techniques you will need to start working out at CU Women's Boxing.
