This is a boxing session for members only - you must be a current member to attend. To sign up for an Intro, please click the Intro option if available.
Supervised workout time - this is a great time to do the benchmark workout, practice things like the double end bag, the speed bag, the slip ball, defense, combos, etc. Come for all 2 hours or just some of the time. Open Gym does not count as a monthly session. Open Gym is NOT an Intro.
This class is for members only. The class is designed to move through the workout at a faster pace, with less breaks and longer drills than regular boxing class. It is advised you know form for punches 1-6, and slips and rolls for the advanced class.
This is a one-time 90 minute Introductory Class that will go over the basics of boxing, and include a few short mini workouts. We will tell you about the gym and answer any membership questions you might have. This class is required before you join the gym.
